29 and 30 JULY 14:00 – 18:00 Twisting & Churning for Detox Unlike forward and backward bends twisting is not affected by gravitational force being said that twisting without a proper recruitment of deep and superficial rotator muscles in front and at back may not bring desired effects out of your yoga practices. This workshop is suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners looking to deepen and refine their understanding about twisting postures.
